Just a bit after 6.5 miles on my ride. BTW, I'm really liking my new GPS feature on my phone.

Dead Possum park is around mile 6.5 on a chart of my ride.

I didn't have time to ride it but should be able to find my way back there on Saturday.

Jump!

I thought I'd take this jump at the last minute. I didn't fall over my handlebars, but I did fall over sideways at the end of the jump. I think I was in a state of shock and just wanted to be in a safe spot. I think the jump was around milepost 4.8 on my ride.

Trapped a mama bear in our neighborhood

Finally caught this girl. They released her about 100 miles away. She was nice at first but then turned ornery and jumped at me and kiki once. Scared the heck outta me.

Finals

I'm wrapping up a marathon finals day. Completed two mulit-hour finals and wrapping up a third. I'm here at the MV library and wanted something to remember the sacrifices I've made throughout this program.
